At Clapjoy we support the buyers in case they receive a defective or damaged product from our side, we shall return and replace the product. Return of goods received within 48hours. There are certain points that need to be considered before accepting the product back.
The foremost criteria for a product is that it cannot be returned once it is used, worn out or torn/damaged by the buyer. The buyer needs to ensure the product is in its original shape and condition being unused.
Damage Suspected from a New Product
There are times when the outer packaging appears damaged, but the actual product is just fine and in its place. Stay in touch with us and call customer care at +918287222827(Monday to Saturday: 9:30 am to 6 pm) within 24 hours of delivery of the product, in case of damaged product arrives the buyer.
Did not like the product ? No Problems
We would like to support our buyers if they did not like the product ordered from ClapJoy or Changed their mind last moment. The buyer has to bear Rs.200 as shipping charges. Inform us within 48 hours and we will pick up from your place. Buyer just need to ensure that the product is in it’s original condition and packaging.
