Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are generally processed and shipped within 24–48 hours of receiving the order, excluding Sundays and National Holidays.

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared with you.

Note: Orders received after 2:00 PM may be processed from the next working day.

Free Shipping Across India

We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across serviceable pin codes in India.

No additional shipping or delivery charges are applicable to your order.

Clapjoy may introduce or modify promotional shipping offers from time to time.

Partial COD

Partial Cash on Delivery (Partial COD) is available on eligible orders across serviceable pin codes in India.

To place a Partial COD order, customers need to pay only ₹30 online at the time of placing the order. The remaining order amount can be paid at the time of delivery.

The ₹30 advance payment confirms your order and will be adjusted against the total order value.

Free shipping is available on all orders.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 5–6 business days after shipment, depending on the delivery location and courier serviceability.

Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays. Heavy or bulky products and deliveries to remote locations may require additional time.

The delivery date shown during checkout or in the order confirmation is an estimated delivery date and may change depending on courier operations and other unforeseen circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information to monitor the delivery status.

Clapjoy makes every effort to ensure orders are delivered safely and on time. However, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control. If a shipment becomes untraceable or cannot be delivered, Clapjoy may cancel the affected order and issue an appropriate refund as per the applicable refund policy.
